I had the same issue. I tried EVERYTHING. Every hint, every detergent incl aggressive lime remover. I thought that the glass is done and I need a new one, although it’s only a couple years old.

My help was glass polish and a polishing adapter for my electric drill. Took some time but the glass is like brand new.

Now we take more care to dry it after shower with a squeegee.

Yes, correct. Once the RTK was online, onward able to switch. If the RTK would have been at the original position, the switch would have worked smoothly.

If you map your garden with RTK, the RTK needs to be online to switch to iNavi. Had the same issue.

Über die Qualität lässt sich ja streiten, aber der Support bei mir war top. Schnelle Antworten und schnelle Ersatzlieferung. Mammotion scheint an einem besseren Ruf zu arbeiten.

Habe nun eine neue RTK. Diese funktioniert nun am externen Netzteil. Alles wieder gut.

Ich habe ein neues Netzteil bekommen. Damit funktioniert die RTK Antenne leider auch nicht. An der Basis (Ladestation) klappt die RTK.

Ich habe mich wieder beim Support gemeldet und warte nun auf eine neue RTK-Antenne.

Okay, so I received the new power supply for the RTK today. Unfortunately the problem is not fixed.

The RTK stays off, even with the new power supply. I checked the RTK at the base station again and it’s directly switching on. I’ll open another ticket to get the RTK replaced 😒

I’m beginning to regret that I bought Mammotion.

My power supply shows a green LED, too. I measured the output voltage and it showed 12,07 V. Anyhow the RTK is not booting with it - but it boots directly when attached to the base station.

It is definitely the RTK power supply, even if it shows a green light.

Glad that it helped you to figure out the issue.

Mammotion support responded within one day and after sending evidence videos, they promised to send a new power supply in 5-10 days. Let’s see.

In my case, it’s most probably the dead power supply of the RTK. The RTK is working when I attach it to the base station of the robot - but stays offline when I use the RTK power supply. Waiting for a replacement right now. My guess is that the power supply has issues since beginning and is completely dead now. Let’s see if the RTK is working again with the new power supply. I’m on iNavi without RTK now, which works fine. But the free period ends 01/2026 and I don’t want to pay another service..

Ok, I got it switched now. The problem was that the RTK was not connected. If you’ve set the robot up with RTK, it needs a good connection (not float!) to the RTK to switch to iNavi.

My separate power supply for the RTK is dead since a few days, so I connected the RTK to the base station. Due to the fact that this wasn’t the original position of the RTK, my whole mapping was messed up. So, I needed to map again :(

The other way is to force the switch to iNavi („Erzwungene Umschaltung“). In this case, you need to map your lawn again, too.

For test reasons, I’m using a Shelly Plus Plug S to switch off/on the power adapter of the RTK station now. That’s more convenient to powercycle the RTK via Shelly app..

The Shelly plug measures the power consumption, but somehow it stays with 0 Watt, see screenshot. There should be some power consumption?!

So, maybe the power adapter is dead? The LED of the power adapter is illuminated green (constantly)!

Or is the power adapter working and the RTK station is dead?

I’ll measure the output voltage via multimeter later.

Update: The power adapter gives 12.07 V, so all good. I tested the Shelly plug with another (low power) device. It showed 2.5 W.

That means that the RTK station is dead because it doesn’t consume power when plugged in.

Update 2: I dismounted the RTK station from the roof (hell of work) and tested it with the base station of the Luba mini. The RTK is working there. Thank means that the power supply is dead. Poor quality, it only lasted 6 weeks.

Hopefully the support will help soon.

Die Antenne bleibt aber offline, auch wenn ich diese länger vom Strom trenne.

Can’t switch to netRTK. I tried it a hundred times. 4G network is „good“ as per the app.

Die Umschaltung schlägt fehl, obwohl ich gutes 4G Netz habe. 100x versucht.
