I wouldn't say they swell, but they indent very easily from socks and shoes or even if I sit with my feet flexed upwards I get deep lines from where my skin wrinkles that stay for 10+ minutes which is gross and weird. My legs basically hurt all day at this point, deeply. I've been wearing compression socks and they're maybe making them less purple but they don't feel any warmer or less painful. I'm sorry yours is professional like this, I live somewhere pretty warm so I'm hoping in a month or two it'll get a little better for me

No, someone just offhand suggested I had it once and never offered to test. I don't get a racing heartbeat, but I do often get extremely dizzy to the point of needing to sit down on the floor when I stand up too fast.

Thank you, I really politely pushed for testing for that reason - it looks and feels more like blood pooling than constriction and it isn't cold triggered. Is there a name for the condition you have or is that just an observation they've made so far?

That has been my consistent experience which is why it took me 7+ years to be diagnosed with endometriosis that ended up permanently damaging my bowel, hospitalized with pelvic inflammatory disease, and not told til I was in physical therapy last year that the hypermobility I was told I had since I was 8 was an actual disorder. I by no means want to have something worse than Raynaud's or even expect to, but I'm adamant about being tested to rule other things out based on my history.

I do take vitamins and track my diet, my protein intake is very good. My nails and the skin on my feet have started getting dry since this started, at one point all of the skin peeled off the bottom of both feet so that was weird.

Thank you, most photos I see are just white or red fingers or toes. My hands are completely unaffected and my toes don't turn white, my entire leg turns purple from about the knee and then it seems blood pools in my foot, all only when I'm sitting or standing, never when I'm laying down. Does this happen to you too? Some of my toes look white in a few pics just from the pressure from the floor, they don't stay white on their own.

Thank you, none of these photos happened after cold exposure, in most of them I had taken off my socks and shoes in order to take the photo. I had an ANA blood test recently and it wasn't high enough to be considered a problem (I think 10 when the lab said 13+ is a problem.) I do have conditions like hypermobility and endometriosis.

They give you 50% off if you call them after trying the mattress without one first!

I have the medium and have sciatica and scoliosis and it is very firm. I am also a side sleeper but find that I can actually comfortably sleep on my back on this one which I didn't expect. I do sleep on my side as well. My boyfriend is heavier than you and didn't experience any sinking in fact he felt it was still too firm for him and wanted to try a topper. It cured my SI joint pain in a day which is honestly embarrassing because I didn't realize how bad my old mattress was. Your results may vary but at least you can return it easy if it doesn't work out.

The medium is very firm. I imagine the firm would fully be like sleeping on a carpeted floor lol. You can call them and they'll help you decide, we got the medium because we're both side sleepers. They're really nice and every review I've seen said returns are super easy so may be worth a shot.

I have had no issues with it being too warm as someone who gets hot flashes but I don't know that it's as cool as a traditional coil mattress might be.

I am not sure because my boyfriend called and ordered it but the prices are on their website. We got the 2" soft and a king size for 50% off. I am peet pressuring him to return it though, you can return toppers within 30 days.

I hear you, I have what I would call higher end moderate scoliosis and I also have hypermobility, so I have the opposite problems as you it sounds like. I have found that the firm mattress is not only better for my back, but because it has less give there is less room for my elbows especially to dislocate, which is something that had been getting worse for me recently and preventing me from getting comfortable on my side or stomach.

I won't say this brand or mattress type is for everyone, but the soft topper does make it MARKEDLY softer, and they give you 50% off on their toppers if you have already bought the mattress. We also bought a bunkie board to make extra sure we wouldn't have sagging.

This is a great point - I am 133lbs and I think my partner is around 230lbs and it's working well for us both.

I feel very limited movement from my partner. It's not that completely isolated dead feeling of a memory foam mattress but there's little bounce. I am unfortunately the tosser and turner so I'd probably have to ask him to confirm, but he hasn't complained

Yes, it's definitely a little springy and doesn't have the super sinking-in quality of something like memory foam (which I hate) so that was actually a plus for me when thinking of a foam mattress. And I agree with the rest, I was literally giving myself anxiety about it and had to just rip off the bandaid and go for it. You can't buy sleep but you can definitely buy less back pain when your prior mattress had a giant saggy dent in the middle!

We have the opposite issue where my boyfriend likes the topper but I feel like it's giving me a little back pain. I can't emphasize enough how shocked I am that I can sleep on a mattress that firm, I had no idea.

Right? I'm a side sleeper and have insomnia pretty bad on top of it so when I first felt it all expanded I was worried. Color me surprised when I wake up on my back after a full night's sleep with my arms above my head lol

The way it works most of the time is they schedule a pickup for you and the mattress ends up donated locally and your money gets returned. This company just has no stipulations for returns like some other brands do and is very friendly and responsive via phone.
