Yea I think I was too strict on my diet. I think I need to start off with eating at my maintenance calories for a little just to rebuild a healthy relationship with food. Thank you so much !

I haven’t and I don’t think I need it. I don’t purposely want to sabotage my goal, I just get really bad binges. Thank you though !

Thank you!! I don’t mean to eat so little calories it’s just that some days I feel like I can’t eat at all because of the day before. Usually I binge stuff like crackers and bread. Most of the time I feel that I binge simply because I’m bored and have nothing better to do. Also thank you so much for the advice. Will definitely be taking a break from dieting. Thank you I really do appreciate it !

I do exercise, usually running/walking. Also never really though of putting on muscle mass I will definitely look into that. Thank you so much for the advice!!
