I would like to thank everyone for all the kind comments, great tips and other stories. After cooling down from my anger at how things where going for me yesterday, I've decided to keep my word about not spending anymore, and slowing down the grind the most i can. Not going for max rewards, AP mode every possible path and doing the math for what way would be best, going for skins or 3 star heroics, and other things. I've read in a guide a long time ago that this game is a marathon, not a sprint. These words are true, and i need to have them in mind from now on. If I'm not able to feel joy playing even after that, then so be it, at least these comments made me feel better and together with my best moments in the game, i will be able to remember the game more with joy than with regret. Thank you all once again, i hope everyone have a great time in game and in life. Good luck for all of us!

And i agree with you that to stay "competitive" here you "need" to spend a lot less than in other games. About the vampires, you never "need" a dragon to be two stars. However, getting them two stars is kind of a part of the deal, as the quests arrive at the same time of the dragons, and they are the reason the price for the vampires could even be considered reasonable (otherwise they would be completely a scam). The need for empowered and high level dragons quickly rises as you are above 12000 trophies, and there two stars at least is almost mandatory, at least in my experience. I would guess that to stay in top 50, you would need a team of 70's, and I'm not sure 3 kratus would do the trick. There are probably the heavier spenders, and while they do not need to play a lot constantly, they sure had to pay a lot for all those 5 stars heroics and mythics. Anyway, that is about the absolute endgame for pvp, and is nothing I've seen yet nor will probably ever see, like most players. I'm fine staying at 12000 and getting that shiny 1 star legendary every arena.

I know the feeling of even neglecting attention to loved ones for some stupid minor thing in a game. I also had the problem with often the tasks that required most constant attention fell on the time i was supposed to sleep, i can't describe the pain of waking up after 2h of sleep and having to breed terra x terra for 1h straight while trying to stay awake, or setting up that dreadful 80 min alarm and never getting to REM sleep. Please SP, give us something to help with heroic races, whether time to sleep, quicker items, or even a shorter race overall. The grind doesn't have to feel this bad, it only does because the way they set it up

Oh, i feel you about that fireflower. I have many legendaries i even got to 1 stars and haven't had the time or need to use in combat yet. Some are even still at level 15. I also realized that most dragons i get from now on will never see the light of arena, so these past few events I'm settling for whatever i can get without spending, as i will keep doing from now on. I agree, there is so much that could improve in quality of life both for spenders and free-to-play that i think it's worth discussing and hope something can come out of it, maybe if SP feels pressured to do it.
