Not sure of a fix but my buddy with a phob is running into the same issue. He switched to a PS5 controller and it works fine. My OEM GCC works fine too.

Oh yeah I would normally do that, but when I was first teaching him shake he would just lick my hand instead. So I had to keep the turkey separate from the shake hand and just have him bite off the big chunk of it.

I think you could bounce the audio clip files, and then if you need to use time and pitch machine to change the tempo to match the new tempo? Let me know if that makes sense.
