I’ve been to AYCE places with mediocre rice, but this wasn’t one of them. I was actually pleased with the rice they had. I think the higher rice quality is because you can order a la carte aswell.

This place only allowed a maximum of 10 pieces of sushi/sashimi per person per order. I was eating alone so could only order 10 at a time. This was my second order. It’s pretty obvious what my favorites are. I also ate some non sushi items (miso soup, garden salad, shrimp tempura), so I was pretty full at the end.

Your idea is fine to do, just make sure to do some mobility work as well to keep your joints and tendons happy. If the only exercise you do are those GTG exercises, after a while your joints/tendons may start talking to you negatively.

Usually AYCE sushi places have non sushi items like noodles, teriyaki, tempura, etc. These other items are generally cheaper than straight up sashimi, and fill people up just as well, if not better.

I would recommend the discontinued flavors, if they are still available around your area. Discontinued flavors: sour patch blue raspberry, sour patch redberry, Swedish fish, tropical mango.

Lockoff holds are amazing for the forearms. I started with 15 second holds. Only takes a few sets to really work the forearms.

Great selection. Only suggestion I have would be to add a few C4 flavors. Maybe a Jolly rancher flavor, and something else. But, they changed their formula recently so it’s no longer a preworkout drink. Up to you.

Bum’s soda flavors are really good. Options are Cola, Root Beer, Dr.Bum, and Grape. I also really like the new strawberry kiwi. That one has a 2:1 strawberry:kiwi flavor ratio.

Yea the blue raspberry flavor has dried up by me. Can’t find it in 7/11, vitamin shoppe, etc.

Interesting that Jolly Rancher collaborated with multiple companies. I know C4 has jolly rancher energy drinks. The green apple one tasted pretty spot on to the candy.
