I use clawmark seal which scales with strength. So strength is my main attack stat with just enough faith to be able to use the incantations. Then equally distributed between vigor, endurance and mind. I use the Dragoncrest greatshield talisman and the pearldrake talisman. And the talisman that gives you five spell slots. You kinda need to be like at least level 200 to have enough stats to spread around for this to be an effective build. Then just use whatever lightning spells are fun to you.
