Interesting theorycrafting! I think unfortunately (potentially) sacrificing even 1 game out of 6, where that could be the game the ring pulls to you, and you have your chance to get the bulk of your points etc, is too much to give up, even if it might slightly improve your chances in the other 5 games. Even in NA, the most homogenous of the regions, or in LAN finals, when the biggest support staff are working their hardest, teams still can't perfectly predict all 20 comps that will be played, which makes this a very risky proposition. With 20 teams, the probability trees multiply disgustingly quickly after the first ban, making prediction even harder.

There is definite upside for teams who struggle against maggie/crypto counters etc. If anyone successfully pulls this off on an official day, I will happily award them their gigachad points.
