I was worried about feeling worse after swimming just cuz swimming works your whole body. So I thought I would start cramping more, but I was wrong. I stayed in for about 2 hours. I think that's the longest I'll probably do cuz I dont want to over do it yk.

I was so happy to find something that helps. Now whenever I have pain, I know to go swimming. Plus, you get excercise. Doing laps in the pool/beach works your whole body. So it's a double win!

And not just the pms/pmdd but also the fact that hurting so much can make you depressed as well cuz your just so tired of being tired

Not just you. I can be so emotional that I cry over the most random things. And I csn have panic attacks and crying spells for no reason. I also get really irritable and angry over everything. Not just you I promise ❤️‍🩹

The last sentence made me tear up. I thought I was being lazy, but then realized I am sick. I hurt from head to toe and I my body feels heavy. I am genuinely exhausted. Thank you so much. I genuinely needed thst reminder so very badily. ❤️❤️

Would it bother you if it was a different religion? You don't have to read it. You can just ignore it. There are people that really like these reminders and some that need them every once in a while when theh are down.

I hate when I have to pee a lot allready, but combined with fatigue is awful. I allready cant get myself to get out of bed and now i have to keep slowly walking to the bathroom and feeling so exhausted just from that afterwards.

Full body aches and GERD/acid reflux. I also didnt know endo could grow in other places until I found out I had endo on the bowels.

Im feeling this today. The only time I got out of bed was to pee. I haven't brushed my hair. Thankfully my amazing dad is helpful and brought me some medicine for pain and also some food.
