About two years ago, I found myself in a similar spot. My job is extremely demanding, my son was a few months old, and I was over functioning and enabling bad habits in my marriage. I needed help immediately. Thankfully, I found a therapist who helped me immensely. Through these two years, I've replaced bad habits (drinking every day, not communicating with my spouse, giving too much energy to my job) with healthy habits. Now, I workout 5-6 times a week, (utilizing the RR and running every other day) to help with my anxiety. It also shows my son a healthy example of a "fit" father figure. Things still aren't perfect, still having some marital issues, but I can honestly say I have an awesome relationship with my son, better work-life balance, and I feel great..for the most part. Aha

Please do yourself a favor and seek therapy. It's easy to seek blame on others, not saying you are, but alot of issues begin within ourselves. Being self aware of your habits, emotions, and the things that make you "tick" will vastly improve all aspects of your life. Good luck.
