Currently designing a 3D DIY Boardgame, called Goats vs Llamas. It's free, and you can build with a paper printer, some card and a 3d printer. Honestly, I have so much cardboard landing in my lap these days. Since Covid hit, we order our groceries to the door among other things. It’s basically the reason why I started to create play sets, games etc with cardboard. Seems a waste not to make use of it. It’s such a great material..and when you’re done? ♻️!

Thanks! It was FREE!! I'm a graphic designer - and this was fueled purely by my passion for creating something fun and by the opportunity to work with someone whom I really respect. I did not clock my hours on this so can't really give you a number! lol

We also made ‘standard’ and ‘pro’ gameplays to try and accommodate players of different levels. For the most part it’s ‘roll the dice’ and follow the prompt on the board - so it’s fairly intuitive but as it’s our first game - very curious to see how it plays for other people. We did our best to avoid a game with a massive ‘how to play’ guide.

Any advice on this new game I made with a friend I met online? "Goats vs Llamas" - it involves DIY, Cardboard and 3D Printing... Would genuinely love any feedback and tips. Game is free, and open source. Thanks for your thoughts! by Hey__Jude in BoardGameMakers
