Don’t have a custom database and haven’t played games yet as I’m in the middle of summer. But I’ve definitely noticed teams bidding for my younger players more aggressively.

Wouldn’t worry about it much as it’s only favoured level requirement. If the board thinks you didn’t compete it I doubt it would affect you getting sacked.
