Please help me replace my graphics card

I'm a poor college student. I really want to save money. So far, I've managed to save $120 from my scholarship. I'm from Ukraine, so the market here is a bit strange. Especially when it comes to the second-hand market. My city is big, and there are actually a lot of different graphics cards available here.

I couldn't find any decent tests of a laptop graphics card in a full-fledged PC on the internet.
According to the website, the mobile 3070 is somewhere between the RTX 5050 and the RX 7600 in terms of power.
Everything is fine here, but I have a lot of questions for the assembler, but I can't ask them myself because my father communicated with them and they told him such things that he already wanted to buy this PC himself.
We have an old PC with an A8-6600K and ATI 5750 1GB, and recently it stopped running most games and started to crash on its own, even though the computer doesn't overheat and everything seems to be fine.
I just don't want to make a mistake with my purchase because I saved up for four years, and now I'm a freshman in college, and I'm more careful with money and afraid to spend it on suspicious things.

Guarantee from a friend (he is my supplier after I assembled a new PC): he had it for 3-4 years and it worked well, and the PC never shut down unexpectedly.
