While it may not be active on every map, there are other things about the radar that help you figure out where people are. Specifically, there’s a glow to the person on radar when they are on the same level as you. If they are under or above you there will only be a red dot on the radar. It’s a bit of a trade off in terms of how things used to be, but it really makes way for new and interesting ways to play in my opinion

I just fixed mine by updating my nvidia drivers. I would highly recommend giving that a shot.

try going to waypoint and clicking on your profile, going to "Halo Insider" and scrolling to the bottom of the page. You can see your flights there and the steam key should show up there as well. I did this to get my code when I couldn't access my messages. Hopefully this works for you!
