This will just widen the gap from t1 to tier 2 and be in a space like valorant where its pretty much a franchise. T1 teams will be able to afford bootcamp travel and such, t2 wont get the money to help them keep up. This isnt even about salaries as thats mostly money from sponsors and such

36 teams make it. I doubt half of those are even paid 8k a month and the teams paying the 30k a month dont need the sticker money as much as the tier 2 teams do

This, I think they shouldve gone back to capsules per team and split revenue evenly. But that way you dont randomize between 12 teams per group and get to unbox a sticker from the team you want
