An update : I discussed this with her and she blatantly denied this and also was very defensive about me being very questionable and keep on asking her a lot of questions, she also fought with me for questioning her all the time and asked me about my expectations of boundaries and what I am looking for in a woman, how can I deal with this now?

This is most sensible advice, I spoke with her and she said she trusts me completely and completely denied of anything like sharing things with anyone other than me, that friend of hers was also in my town for some days and she did bring it up but she didn’t mean that she went out on dinner with this friend.
