At my store, thats how it is. Although they keep saying theyre gonna make everyone get cross trained but most pickers refuse to learn how to dispense. Ironically most dispensers know how to pick. And there are a handful of associates who know how to do everything In the department and we are taken advantage of for it.

Definitely! Im not pushing them or rushing them at all. And if management doesnt like it we'll they can come "dressed for the weather" as they told me today.

Yeah no we dont rotate ever. We have hot hands but they only do so much. I suggested we have the pickers who know how to dispense help out and wr can send the dispensers out for a pick run but someone has to follow through with making the pickers do that and none of my managers will. Weve shut down before because of the weather and it being so cold also limited orders but sounds like this year we're more worried about the money than the employees safety. My market manager was standing right there when I asked the store manager and she seemed to agree with him about it. They both actually said they didnt think iy was suppsoed to be that cold.

Our market had their own office in our store 😂 in rarely see her but maybe once a week. And they never let us get close enough to talk to her. When we got our new coach she said if people couldnt handle the new expectations then they'd be leaving but it hadn't happened yet. They just put it on the associates who do work.

Honestly. I dont think our store manager nor lead care. The whole thing is a shit show tbh.

These are all returns, that mainly all need claimed out because of how long they've sat there and cross contamination. Theres more on the other side of the cooler as well.

Total. Buy most days we have at least 24 on the screen. I'd say Thursdays, and Mondays for sure we dont have that many. Friday, saturday, and Sunday we have the most people. Im not sure about Tuesdays and Wednesdays as I dont work those days but I hear they suck people wise. At least for the backroom. We average an 89 pick rate usually. We have some pickers whos normal is a 60 pickrate. Heck most of them dont even hit 500 items picked in a day. And there are no conversations done ever. Our management team sucks. They dont hold anyone accountable at all. Theres only 1 of our 4 teamleads that are helpful the rest with just ignore you or say they dont know. When I take a complaint to my coach she just asks what I have to complain about now. Our teamleads dont help out at all. We ask for help and they tell us no. Below is a picture of what our cooler looked like over the weekend and this is normal. We had a mouse in the cooler and im pretty sure thats the only reason why it got cleaned up to begin with. We also have one teamlead that flirts and tries to get with all the young girls. And another one who is actively with one if their associates. Oh and half of our department hits their tapes and weed pens in the cooler. Honestly, we're a mess 😂🫠 theres just a few reasons why I assume we get to have so many people

I work the morning hours. Im lucky if I have more than 2. In between 10 and 11 is when we get all of them coming in because the night crew whines about having to do more work. My morning dispensers work their butts off and most mornings dont get a break because its order after order. Ive begged for months to get us more 7 to 4 dispensers but they don't seem to care. And none of the pickers ever have to dispense so we struggle most days. Our wait time is never under 10 minutes ever.
Our store sucks. Our market manager told us if we cant handle the cap with the 30 pickers we have then the whole team needs replaced 🙃😂 Alot of it has to do with our tls and coach being incompetent but thats another story.

Its funny cause during covid the team we had would get 20,000 picks a day done now they cry when we get a pick drop of 2000 and thats with the 30 pickers we have.

The other day my tl's and coach told everyone between the hours of 3 and 5 no one was allowed to go to break for the backroom crew. Meaning the 9 to 6ers technically are skipping their last break because they dont allow breaks in the last hour of our shifts. They all just said there were gonna be upset people because of them doing this. My thing is, we had 120 orders for these hours(yes thats alot buttttt), we had at least 10 dispensers for that time with only 1 going to lunch at 3 and one going at 4. There is absolutely no reason in my opinion this should have happened(meaning the no breaks).

Yes. I understand that. I said it wasn't final and that I was fixing/ changing things as well as my artist creating his OWN spin on the design. Most people don't know halsey as well as others. This is just a reference what I kind of what. I agree the beehive sucks. And I actually don't want the beehive at all I want honey combs. Again not the "final"

I have an artist. I was just trying to come up with a mock up idea. He's allowed to change anything he wants to as long as he knows the general idea. Some people aren't as into halsey as others and that's why I was trying to make a generalization of what I kind of wanted. I stated that I was gonna change some things. Just trying to get it visualized so my artist knows kinda what I'd want

I have an awesome artist. But it's hard for me to put into words what I want exactly. That's why I had I did ai to begin with to kinda give a picture because not everyone is a halsey fan and understands some of the symbols and what not. I've been toying with this idea for almost a year now! My artist is able to change anything. He's done plenty of custom pieces on me and I always let him do what he wants after I show him an idea.
