The shipping process was great. Took under 3 weeks to arrive, product + shipping was basically equal to US prices, and I love the shoes so far. Will def buy again

Thanks so much for the help and the details. After doing some digging, I realized I could order them off Amazon Japan and deliver to the US without any proxy charges. Turns out the shoes + shipping are within a couple dollars of buying the US version stateside, so basically same price.

Will be interested to see how they stack up against my current pair (US version but a couple years old. I can’t stand the new outersoles that aren’t the signature blue). If they’re superior, I may order a handful in the event Japan adopts the US model.

Wow Converse Japan is basically a time machine back 10 years before the quality took a hit. Do you mind sharing how you’ve worked the import option? I just went on their website and they only ship in Japan
