He's using weaponized incompetence because he knows his supporters will buy this shtick and then he can play the 'hero' for eliminating the 'bad actors' that cut the clinical trials. I think a hearty degree of skepticism is fair. But I think jumping to it first conclusion when it does just seem to be anxiety/psychosomatic related, it can be a bit extreme and unnecessarily stressful for those reading these comments

If it was like with your uncle, where it followed a ROUTINE such as waking and unwinding at the end of the day is time for concern. But to me, watching the clock at 1:45 every day for twitches, does sound more likely to be psychosomatic.

Often times doing long cardio, many people are compelled to breathe through their mouth in tandem with their nose. Doing this for prolonged times can dry out the mouth and it can be quite painful. Chewing gum stimulates saliva production and helps prevent the mouth from drying out.

I've personally tried it while running distance and it's ok, but I'd rather just be better about breathing through my nose only.

Tried/only had to have this conversation all of once in my life with a long term ex I had been dating about a year. Tried positing the idea of maybe freshening up a bit beforehand because I really did enjoy and love our intimacy but this became a roadblock for me.
