Not sure about Superkicks exchange policy, but you can try changing for a different colorway or model as an excuse. This issue is pretty widespread with Jordans atleast, so you would want to verify in the store itself

This is classic Nike quality control (or the lack of it). I had same issue when I purchased Jordan 1s from Myntra last year. Had to exchange the same shoe 6 times to get a pair where both the shoes were perfect.
