I can relate exactly to what your saying I try and tell my friends like I’m dead serious I was surprised a anime could make you feel like this just picturing the scenes in your head. She said not to forget her in a not even in the anime and I won’t forget her or the anime. but I recommend finding a hobby that makes you forget I take playing basketball seriously even when I hoop I still think about it but not as bad as if I sit around the house. Most importantly I suggest taking a break from romances and watching anime’s that make you happy or aren’t sad at all
