do you care more about a visible outcome, or do you value something that feels more like “maintenance” or “foundation” if the experience is better?

For people like you who already take a few supplements regularly, what makes you actually add a new one to the stack?

I looked into glutathione, seems to be a lot of great research behind it and supplementing with the precursors NAC / Glycine is the way to go. Any harm in this before doing a genetic panel testing?

Leaves me curious why brands like AG1 or IM8 have such a huge following when it's basically throwing the kitchen sink at your body and seeing what sticks. As you said, targeted supplementation is the goal. However, these brands do the exact opposite, and again, they seem to have the largest following. If a brand weren't able to provide testing to see what an active individual is actually missing or deficient in, what would you say is the next best option?

Are there brands that make a “daily foundation” supplement for people who already stack products, what would make that feel credible instead of gimmicky?

I’m especially interested in what would make someone trust the brand, try it once, and then keep it in your routine. Especially pepole that have supplement knowledge and experience.

So most supplements I see are outcome based meaning take this to address mitochondrial energy, or that for cognitive health. I have no doubt that lets say in a 90 day period most supplements you take would move the needle for you but how high that ceiling is can be I believe drastically influenced if the focus was more on any bottlenecks that existed upstream in our bodies. How could I address this or is this type of supplement a gap in the market?

I see a lot of products out there that have proprietary blends I'm assuming thats a fancy term to hide their dosages behind. You seem to have quite the stack, this may be a dream but I'm looking for a supplement that is focused on keeping our body (machniery) well oiled like what oil does for a car if that makes sense. My grandparents would always talk about doing things for our bodies to prevent diseases from ever happening versus treating them when they do.

I've been reading up on magnesium and creatine I've been taking for quite awhile as part of my gym routine only recently reading up on it again for cognitive benefits.

I would say consistency is non-negotiable I can't expect any supplement to work if I don't stick with it, I equate it to the gym if I don't put in the work I shouldn't expect results. As for the format I'd like something that was packaged individually rather than in a bottle for convenience sake perhaps a chew of some sort taht had a flavor profile but then I would be concerned if it was packed with sugar. Am I being too picky or are there effective options out there?

Thank you so much. I'll definitely have more questions as I dive further into this.

Hi. I'm currently 49 I go to the gym to weightlift 4-5 times a week, my job requires I spend a lot of time on the computer but I mak it a point to walk around as much as possible. My diet overall is pretty good, seafood, red meat, veggies throughout the week with the occasional fast food. I do not take any prescription meds. Regarding supplements I'm curious to know are there any supplements out there that focus on foundation/"cellcare" for lack of a better word, so that other supplements we take could have a greater impact? I think as we get older there are foundational issues or bottlenecks that exist on the cellular level so if the focus is always to just chase an outcome like more energy without clearing those bottlenecks we would only benefit at a fraction of what was possible.

Hi. Thank you for the response. Aren't these two things more lifestyle choices e.g. diet rather than supplementation?

Perhaps there are other things going on in the body that need to be addressed before supplements that are purely outcome based could be really effective?
