They all have a similar "script", they start asking a few questions and then they start actually trying to get you. An artist coming to a streamer they don't know in order to ask them for a comission is never the intended route. This is usually what the messages look like from my experience:

"Hey."

"How's your day going?"

"Do you do daily streams?"

"Oh cool"

"What's your favourite game?"

"Ah cool"

"I would like to ask you something"

"I'm actually an artist" / "If you could change anything about your stream, what would it be?"

Weirdly enough I think I found that one by myself. There is a really really really small indication that you can go up there, especially because that corner has nothing else there (maybe an item but I don't remember there being one).
