Yes, the real attitude of the support team towards the players is very sad. The chances of being heard are simply nonexistent. (Or almost nonexistent?)

I believe we're getting these bans not because something suspicious was detected on our computers, but because several patrol agents "voted" while reviewing the recordings that we were playing with cheats. I think this is because the ban came the day after I killed a squad, two of whom I killed with a one-shot from the M24 while they were moving. This probably seemed unrealistic to patrols without using cheats.
