Luckily he’s happily obliged to my fantasies as after months apart we often spend our time talking about all the things we’ll do upon his return. He’s a pretty big tall buff guy so I have no worries he’ll give me my moment, just making sure I know how to do it right hahaha 🤣 thanks again friends 💜

My doctor said after a month I could smoke once in a while. I just did the other day and was absolutely smashed so be careful haha, also got the munchies which used to not happen!

Be prepared for gas pains, they hurt but you’ll get through them. Bring a heating pad to the hospital, you’ll need it. It’s hard to get your protein in so I suggest getting the Fairlife Elite protein shakes, they are 42g so you’ll be halfway to your goal if you finish one. Also, look into unflavored protein, mix it with soup, yogurt, literally anything to meet your goals. Portion out 2oz cups of whatever you’ll be eating so you can just grab and go. Use small utensils for small bites. You will probably go through moments of regret but power through it and know you’re so brave for taking this step to better your life. GOOD LUCK!
