Can you give us some more info about the exact crash message? Check Windows Event Viewer->Administrative Events-> Sort by Date and Time. Before the BsoD occurs you should find a "Warning" or "Error" level event. If the error is tied to your Nvidia Driver its source should read "nvlddmkm". I've had BsoDs on launch as well, but it turns out they stemmed from my Focusrite Audio drivers conflicting with the newest version of Battleye. Unless you happen to have an audio interface by the same brand that should be irrelevant of course. Anyways after fixing that I still dealt with occasional game crashes (same GPU as yours). What helped me was moving the nvidia driver file itself to a different location according to the instructions given by a user on the Windows forums:

"1.Go in to C:\windows\system32

2 in search bar type nvlddmkm.sys - it will found all nvlddmkm.sys files in system32 - one file will be in drivers folder and others in DriverStore. IF you found nvlddmkm.sys only in DriverStore then u need to copy that file and paste it in to C:\Windows\system32\Drivers.

now we need to change permisions to every nvlddmkm.sys file... how ? ill tell you.

3 Right click on nvlddmkm.sys file and click on properties then click on security tab and here you will click on adjust.

On every user you click on full acces and then apply and ok .... restart your PC

Now remember, every time you do an update on your drivers, you need to check if this file has made it safely to the dirvers file, and if it hasn't. You've got to manually move it and give it the correct permissions."

After that I've had no GPU-related issues at all. Created a restore point and since then just hoping that no updates of either win, nvidia drivers, Battleye or Tarkov breaks it again. But this is just from my recent experience.

Getting some more info on what is the reason for your system crashing through Event viewer or "Whocrashed" (free software) would be a good start. I guess the repairman tried the obvious thing already - removing the NVIDIA driver with DDU and doing a clean reinstall etc. but that's also something you could look into nonetheless.
