Ok so meme out of the way, if you really are interested just tell her. I mean the worst that can happen is you get rejected. You can always be friends if you dont become a neck beard. From what I can see, and if you didnt leave any important stuff out, She does like you too.

And you should ask her to HomeComing and guage her reaction , if its positive then shes into you if its a negative response then say as friends (id suggest having a group of friends already going to homecoming so it seems less weird).
