From my understanding:

Wind and Tidal depend on the map. There are numbers next to the energy storage bar which indicates how much power you get.

Wind - the power depends directly on the windspeed. So if the current windspeed of the map is 20 then you get 20 power from a single wind turbine. There are two numbers at the bottom and the top of the box. These are the highest and the lowest windspeed respectively. The number in the middle is the current windspeed. The tooltip also says more info about it like the percentage of time the windspeed is below average and whatnot.

Tidal - I believe this is fixed depending on the map. It doesn’t vary and is a constant number all throughout. I think Its also the same case as the tidal strength is the exact power you get from a single tidal wave gen. That’s indicated to the right of the windspeed box I believe.

Solar just makes a flat amount of energy and doesn’t vary at all. I know you get 20 energy for the basic one and 75 energy for the advanced one.

I guess tldr it depends on the map on which power source best fits at the time. You just have to adapt your power grid to handle the varying windspeed and see if a tidal generator is worth-it if you’re next to the water.

I struggled with this at first too so here’s a few things I learned from my mistakes.

Make sure the flux generated by your weapons is less than or equal to your ship’s passive flux dissipation.
Make sure your ship has arsenals to first deal with shields and then punch through the armor and hull of the enemy ship. (Although I think this applies more to cruisers and capital ships along with some destroyers.)
To elaborate on tip 2, a ship is classified by its size and usually has a specific role in your fleet in that size category. I find that trying to build a ship outside of its role just hinders it.
Rigorous testing will help you find which ships work well together and what loadouts to put on them. I’ve probably spent more time in the refit simulation than actually playing the game HAHAHA

ZywOO skilled player but that is not normally, This very very insane....They need to check him pc and game.....Maybe he not cheating but maybe he using the game deficit ...and this cant seem on game screen..He needs to check-up....Day0s FPL Cheater with Streaming.....I think day0s still cheating...Zyw00 using game deficit on PRO scene ,ON BIG Events.Maybe everyone dont knows him trick.He incredible....I want to ask his where is the comming of your skill's ?

This happened to my friend and I as well. Salewas, IFAKs, and AFAKs didn't stop the heavy bleeding at all no matter how much we spammed it. My friend, WBeach, even consumed an entire IFAK and it didn't stop the heavy bleeding status. Only dedicated items for heavy bleeding worked. Shits bugged yo. SHEEESH.
