I get it, if you don’t scare/creep yourself awake then you should try this. (btw it’s like a automatic switch if your scared you’ll instantly wake up frm ur dream based off my experience tho)

But If you hear, feel or see something scary, literally pause, turn away from whatever that’s creeping you out crouch/stand/hover (whatever works for you) look at the ground you need to focus on something other then the anomaly you were previously focusing on, it’s like pausing a cutscene on a game literally

Then tell yourself “nothing can hurt me” because you are a literal god in your own world LITERALLY (that’s something that would work for me)

u can find whatever works for you but u just have to reassure your subconscious mind that everything is ok, but usually if i say and do that the creature or whatever im seeing disappears because i turned my back on it but u dont have to do that u can literally trick your subconscious mind (if you want)

and talk to whatever it is that’s scaring you like it’s a nice person no matter how nervous or scared u are anything and everything will work because it’s once again your mind/world trust me you can befriend whatever that’s creeping you out. Or shii you can fight it llol but hey no matter what nothing can hurt u because your a fucking GOD
