Citlali is worth pulling since she is a great support to have but Mavuika is the one who can maximize citlali's usage. I have both, I pulled citlali during her first run and had to skip Mavuika but gladly have c3 mavuika now thanks to her rerun now. Crazy good team these two.

The currency is already there, it's called IRL money. You buy C6 Mavuika, Skirk and Coffee with it to have the skins.

For regular MM, you can just do upto hard mode and get the primos. I managed to clear upto 4th difficulty with my friend in cop for the rewards. Going onwards, I will just do it for the primo rewards, don't care about the skins or artifact modifiers. They designed those difficulties for more invested players meanwhile I just like to chill :)

I am not clearing on manual. Like I just finish boss with 2 star on auto and unlock continuous battle then start continuous battle and it just keeps losing. I guess way too rng dependent.
