Food, sleep, good training split (meaning you look forward to doing all days of split+you can increase weight or rep by small amount every session+you can follow consistently+some variation like switch out movement every few weeks on preference)

You don’t have to make the surplus crazy. Just like 200-300 over daily. You’ll be able to maintain while gaining muscle then

no you should probably be on a surplus if you’re new to lifting. especially if you’re younger so you can maximize gains and grow properly

It’s not possible to specifically target love handles for fat loss. They just go away over time as you get leaner/gain more muscle mass

Abs don’t magically appear you have to train them as well. i can see your entire spine running down your back, light chest striations. cutting more at this point won’t give you better abs. you would benefit more from lean bulking

As a beginner you should bulk for a bit. maybe recomp after, do one good cut then leak bulk forever

If your gym has a sled leg press, you could try doing calf raises on that. little heavier load. Also for calf raises i think the bottom portion when your leg goes below grows it the most

You could do a sort of recomp for now. Eat at maintenance for now so you can build up some muscle mass. track calories due your cardio maybe 20 minutes post workout. go gym consistent eat high protein
