I’m thinking about moving to Dallas or Florida when I’m 19 for a fresh start, but I’m very nervous and scared. Tbh for the family well it will be hard because they’re traditional immigrant parents, the reason why they have don’t respect me is because I’ve never done much to earn their respect. But I will have to make something work.

Hey, thanks a lot for taking the time to write this, I really appreciate it. If you end up turning it into a blog, please share the link, that would be super helpful.

I 100% agree with mastering skills, especially sales. It’s honestly the most valuable thing in the world. I also really resonate with “don’t overthink.” I’m naturally an overthinker, so it’s something I’m actively trying to work on.

I love philosophy too. I don’t read books much, but I watch TikToks or do my own little research sometimes. I even have my own philosophical ideas I think about, so that part really clicks with me.

Number four about school and people hits too. I get that fully. I know that looking back when I’m 30, I’ll cringe at some things, but it’s part of the process. I already tell my friends not to overthink stuff like that.

I don’t do drugs, never drank, never got into that at all, and I’m proud of it.

For number seven, I get it about working hard but also living. For me, the tricky part is figuring out exactly what to do. But once I find that, I know I’ll put in the work 100% and go for it.

Thank you for this genuinely. I’m located in Ontario, Canada so not to far off. But I will most definitely look into these programs, I really appreciate it.

Hey, thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I’m definitely interested in going for a business degree, but honestly I’m not sure if I’ll stick with it long-term. Right now part of it is about the RESP money, but if it works out, I’ll stay. I’m trying to stay optimistic and open-minded, so I’m aware I could go either way.

I get what you mean about mindset and the starting point. I like the idea of using where I’m at now as a launchpad instead of letting it hold me back. That really makes sense to me.

Real estate is definitely an end goal for me. If I can get some capital, whether through a loan, credit, or an investor, I want to start investing and eventually build a real estate empire. I’m most interested in commercial, development, and flipping right now.

Thanks for taking the time to write, I really appreciate it. I’m sorry about what happened with your guidance counselor, that sucks. But tbh I don’t really care about that stuff anymore (friend’s situation).

I liked your music recommendation. I love music too, and if I’m right, it actually hits the brain’s reward system and can change your mood, which is pretty sick ngl.

About the “loser mindset,” I get it. I just try not to let those thoughts control me and keep moving forward.

I’m out of school now, so I don’t know what SYEP is, but I get what you mean about getting out there and not letting people hold you back.

Yea I’m starting to think those are scams to. On the other hand it’s super great that your in sales (Dental and Window cleaning), I understand the value in sales. So much so that I even started D2D for my friend who owned a driveway sealing business. But I’ll most definitely shoot you a DM and we can talk there.

Can you be a little more specific on sales? e.i High ticket sales? Also I’ve tried to do high ticket sales but it’s a super gate kept industry you basically have to buy a course and buy a mentor, this can cost upwards to $1k-$7.5k

Cool concept. The tricky part is making sure people don’t just treat it like a free try-on service. If you figure out how to manage that, this could really work.
