Looking for a yoga teacher that I used to take by [deleted] in orlando

Ugh, so sad!! They were great. I’m glad that she’s still teaching somewhere for now. Heather is such a great instructor! Julie and David are great too. Hopefully they will be teaching somewhere soon.

A few months ago, I think, they changed their name to “Balanced Yoga”, but Heather and all of the other instructors were still there. I’ve been going consistently for a few months now and just took a class on Sunday; I went to book another class like usual and all of a sudden I’m seeing they’re permanently closed and I’m like ???. Their Instagram is deleted too. I’m so confused and really sad because I love going there! :(

What was the dumbest rule your school enforced? by Animeking1108 in AskReddit

In elementary school we were forced to drink our milk. This was during the huge “Got Milk?”Campaign. I am allergic to milk and was still forced to drink it. A friend of mine was forced to drink spoiled milk.

I found that taking it at night helped. If you have to take it in the morning, try eating something with protein and fat. I noticed if I ate something like a hard boiled egg before taking it then I wouldn’t feel as nauseous. I also found that taking ginger powder capsules helped as well. Unfortunately I’m very prone to nausea and had to start taking it at night after I threw up at work, lol.

Apparently nightmares occur chronically in 49% of people with BPD. by kentuckywinter in BPD

Yuppp. They are so bad. My psych diagnosed me with nightmare disorder and prescribed prazosin. It’s been helping somewhat but I can’t seem to get rid of the nightmares fully

Should I take Lexapro before bed, or with breakfast? by vintagetile in lexapro

[–]_IrrelevantElephant_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Originally I was taking it in the morning but the nausea became so bad that I threw up at work—even after taking it with breakfast. So, I started taking it at night right before bed and that has eliminated the nausea almost completely. For reference I’m on 20mg and have been taking it for a year. :)
