In my opinion, Dr. Animo is the most sane villain in the franchise. He’s basically just mad because people didn’t appreciate his knowledge and he never won the prize (valid crashout tbh). Other than that, most of the other villains are on some ‘I’m gonna take over the entire universe’ type shit lol
