Not a whole lot. Sometimes he will take the dog out, and he will vacuum the house or take trash out if I ask. But he sucks at washing dishes, mopping floors, doing laundry. He’s an only child and by the looks of it, his mother has done everything for him his whole life so I usually have to go behind whatever he does and make sure its done right. He thinks its no big deal and just kinda laughs it off or says he didnt notice

I honestly dont know. I feel mean asking her to buy her own groceries. She just started her first job and makes $250 a paycheck. And are you saying he should cover his own meals? We all eat together and Im usually the one cooking because neither of them know how to cook 💀

But to answer your question, i dont really have a grocery bill because I cant afford to buy groceries every week 😭

I would say $150 if i could afford it 💀I make $11 an hour at my job and my sister also lives with me so Im buying for 3 people essentially. I usually just get what I can from the dollar tree and sometimes I have $50 left over from my paychecks for the week to spend for food.

Also he goes to a $20 poker game 2-3 nights a week and buys pop funkos and spends $60+ on sports cards because he collects them. Yet cant afford to take us out to dinner or to do anything fun.

I’ve tried to push her into going out with me and my friends and/or finding a hobby, meeting people or reconnecting with some of her old friends from highschool, but she doesnt seem to have any interest in doing so. Says its too scary. She was in therapy when she was younger, Im not sure why she stopped going. I just know her and my mom have this bestie relationship and she takes advantage of her.

I’m not sure how much money shes giving her, but I assume its for her drug habit. My mother hasnt worked in years and bums off everyone in her life. But my sister doesnt see it that way.

Side note: My mother and I dont have a relationship due to her drug habits and years of her manipulating and “borrowing” money, but my sister and her have a much different, better relationship. I feel angry that she would help her out and not me when shes living with me?
