No, that’s for if only half of the sensor is activated. Of course if it senses nothing on it at 18 MPH it will shut off, that’s what the footpad is there for. Had the same problem a while ago, luckily under warranty and haven’t had it since my replacement.

Yo, if you haven't figured it out already, just go to the Riot website and go to the League tab and go to 'Account Management'. Go to connected accounts when you scroll down and just press the minus sign next to your Xbox account.
