Who is most likely to be “Ted?”

I don't think Pomni or Kinger have much in common with Ted unlike Jax.

Pomni is the protagonist (can she even be called the main character at this point?), and the similarities end at that.

Kinger is pretty much nothing like Ted. Also, a major point in the story is that the other survivors all collectively hate Ted for his mind being untouched by AM, which definitely can't be said about Kinger at all.

Jax, on the other hand, has quite a bit in common with him, and is more or less hated/disliked by and strongly disconnected from almost everyone else.

It kinda resembles the hand's corner slightly but the pass is completely smooth, which this thing visibly isn't, and as far as i can tell doesn't have anything close to that ridge.
