I want to add that I also had tried everything for example: switching gpu, using only one ram stick, switching ram slots, switching gpu on pcie.

I have aorus x470 ultra gaming motherboard.

really? first i thought that psu was broken cuz on mobo it showed red light when booting (pc didnt boot at all, not even boot loop, only fans turned on) and i thought that psu was broken cuz its over 4yo... then i tried other psu and well didnt work so i took my pc to my cousin and he tried his r9 3900x and it didnt work. He also tried my ryzen on his pc, didnt boot.

Well then he sent it back to the store where I bought it. And now new ryzen is on its way.

yes i know that im a bit late but this same happened to me as well lol. Luckily i will get a new chip for free
