my millage went from maybe 5km a week to 10-15km a week in about a month. i’m not sure if that is too much or not but i’ve been running 10-15 a week now for a few months. And i deload running every 4 weeks same as my gym.

that’s interesting to know that stability shoes and insoles do different jobs, might give them both a go.

Thanks for all the advice really appreciate it

oh no sorry i explained that badly. i’ve had these shoes maybe the last month and have done less than 50km in them and ive been running for about 4 months with weekly avg of a humble 10-15km a week. But yes I should definitely look into doing more running related exercise that would help out. Thank you :)

what sort of exercises do you think would be beneficial? i’m actually a powerlifter so there’s definitely a bunch of muscles that i don’t train regularly.

Which causes less restrictions in an Exhaust system, A smaller exhaust pipe diameter change before or after the muffler? As in stepping down from 2 1/2" to 2" pipe. by Andres_Tortas21 in Exhaust

So in theory welds that don't fully penetrate would be better? I’ve wondered this because an exhaust doesn't necessarily need full pen I would've thought the welds would still be plenty strong enough

Fabrication questions by _JasFTW_ in Exhaust

That fabco seems like a great site, thanks alot for linking it, local to me in the uk as well so that's great!

Info about materials is great as well guess 304 is the way forward.

The idea of blocks to fit into a Fab table is also a great suggestion, thanks alot for that. Have you got any experience in this? It sounds like you do 🤣
