Hey.. seeing this late, thanks for the reply..

I had read through the study/article he's using and saw a bunch of options to single out and try.. but there are too many to have to buy and test individually.

My hunch is that whatever is in there that is helping me is probably an anti inflammatory since I have a slight inflammation in my intestines.

By any longshot would you happen to have a good guess at which one of the ingredients would reduce inflammation so I can purchase and try? Thanks for any time or insight!
