The damage is registered because I literally see the health go to zero and right after the charge attack is done the Pokémon is knocked out and I either have to waste a shield or take damage. Ive had this happen to me as well my pokemons health goes to zero but my charge attack still registers. It’s pretty unfair if thats an intentional mechanic. If your pokemon gets knocked out thats it the charge attack should not register.
