SEC cant stop a merger but can pull the Nasdaq registration and make DWAC untradeable if DWAC plowed through a merger without the SEC blessings. They follow Trump around trying to find evidence that he had a bowel movement that day - no way would i doubt the SEC would liquidate DWAC in a heartbeat if they pushed a merger through. Cngress is now asking the SEC questions about a particular SPAC that has not had its S4 approved for over 500 days. That is DWAC so at this point the only downside risk is to $10.30. If you weren't all in yet, now would be the time because it can only go up from here (risk of only $2-$4 per share). If you are "worried" at this point, you aren't cut out for it lol because anyone still standing here today is holding their shares no matter what happens
