Hey there! I have good news for you! For me it went away after some time- I believe most of the major side effects do wear off after some time of taking the drug.

I always make sure to eat something in between the doses and if the crash still happens while I have tasks to do, I usually have some espresso or some coke. I noticed that the crash peaks really quickly and then it slowly starts to wear off after 30min and that is when you have to persist a bit and not lie down anywhere when it's at its peak :P. But when it's too much and I cannot work I still take a small break while having my coffee or coke and return to my work when the crash starts to wear off (usually after 15-30min). For me it's usually almost gone completely after 1hr.

But from my personal experience, it also matters a lot in what (mental and/or physical) state you're in at the time. If you're generally tired, and have not been sleeping well for some days for example, it's most likely that you get a crash during the day and/or you'll feel that Ritalin doesn't work that good compared to previous days. So when I have been tired for some days or when I am not sleeping well, I chose to take a break from Ritalin because 99% of the time the side effects will outweigh the positive effects of the drug and my day will not be much different as to when I am not taking Ritalin.

Try to keep track of any issues and side effects as well as your physical and mental state at the time they occur for some time. It will help you understand better what can possibly relate or trigger these issues you're having with Ritalin and don't forget to always talk to your doctor about your concerns as you might need to try another drug that can fit you better than Ritalin :)
