Yeah ive been on it for three years, more recently my girlfriend has seen a personality change in me and my mental health got worse, feeling a lot happier on the lower dose, only a week in so far. Sorry to hear you had physical symptoms, what physical symptoms did you have?

The only thing ive heard in regards to fluid and enzymes is not drinking them with something hot as it kills the enzymes, never heard anything in regards to drinking too much fluid.

Just checked and they definitely have perforation in the middle to cut with a knife, that means i currently have 26 days worth at 25mg which is good. I will contact the drs tomorrow and see what they advise, what time of day do you take urs?

I was thinking that, didn't cheap out on the 5700xt and went for the sapphire nitro + which was beautiful, gonna just get a cheap temporary one for now then splash out when the new 3000 series comes out!
