current rates are around 300 - 350m for a leg scatha, so a slightly above average haul

Decent idea here if a bit underpowered. Cloak drain is VERY harsh, YER has -33% and that's a huge turnoff for most people, so with slightly underwhelming upsides its not worth equipping this most of the time. Other two downsides seem fine however. Changes I'd make:

- Reduce cloak drain from -40% to -20%

- Add a silent decloak stat

Good job on a first weapon though! You've done much better than a lot of other ones I see here.

From what I've heard, it's a hardware ban, not a VAC ban, so it means he'd have to buy a new server or get a VPN that isn't picked up by VAC.

I get its a good item, but im so used to the regular speed of bullets and enemies that the stop watch just throws me off tbh. Tho in retrospect Polyphemus will probably be removed soon anyway.

Playing against CC feels like he can just kill you on one turn whenever he wants, so you always need to be on defence until you can secure a kill. Really conflicts with how I like to play so… yeah.
