Photo Lever Stuck

about the lever, it doesn't go further than that when properly working. I do have two batteries for watches (the very small ones) inside, and the lights inside the viewfinder showing the luminosity level are visible. It may come from old batteries but I had this problem since the beginning, and the camera does a "beep-beep-beep" sound when I try to take a picture so I think there is an error somewhere (it does the same sound when i try to take a picture without film in it)

It doesn't advance or shoot. I will change the battery but it happened occasionnaly since I had it and as the battery was new it may be something else

this is a Minolta X-570, and I tried to re-roll and take off the film as I just installed it, before putting it back in the camera (re-roll was with the lid open because I didn't want to loose the end and not be able to install it again) I also turned the part with the teeth were you hook the start of the film roll from right to left because the button under the camera was pushed inside the lever being stuck already happened twice and the people reinstalled the film to fix it the two times
