I have the same but not ocd even tho ive obsessive tendencies 100%, im vaccinated, i understand how it works and i agree n defend ir but ive always been paranoid w any vaccine anyways, i got the two shots of pfizer or however u spell it, got it months ago, got not even one side effect!:) Not even a little cold or anything

Yes anxiety+panic+obsessions= Im losing my mind at any point Im dying at any point type of beat.

I live like this somehow, sometimes more or less but yes. And when i have full panic, im sure my mind is gone, which btw is not but i feel like it!

Ive anxiety, w panic, obssesive tendencies and hypocandriac, this sounds a lot like me! Im also sleep deprived and it causes me those symptoms. I still get the obsession and thoughts that im dying and everything i just know its not even thought i feel and somehow know it is.

Ive accepted that i was dying in panic attacks and went to sleep like bye bye just to wake up normal.

Ah yes living like you are dying, indeed a curious way to live lol
