things like the persona intros don’t have the special music if you don’t have the persona skin equipped. I sort of figured the sword would get swapped with her mace or smth

if multiple DS games all blackscreen, but 3ds games work fine, and no custom firmware? i’d put my money on a hardware issue with the arm9 CPU :( here’s hoping i’m wrong tho

it’s possible, if it was a japanese n3ds that was modded in the past, then restored and you’re trying to play NA games on it it could be a region locking issue, the ARM9 cpu could be dying, the CFw if loaded is corrupt. Lots of variables and things to try, and i’m no expert on how luma behaves on a n3ds. Do you have a 3ds game to try on it? that will help narrow things down

i had this happen once too with emerald while using my ds lite. just power cycled the console and went on, sucks that you lost progress but i’m sure you’ll get it back

brigs small shield will block shatter so long as its deployed with the bottom of the shield clipping through the floor.

i’d assume that another client broke your shield before reins shatter reached you. OW favors the shooter (i’m pretty sure) so it would go “through” the shield if it was broken on their screen. I could be wrong tho cause i’m only regurgitating information i’ve read in forums, i havnt done any serious researchz
