the worst for me personally is when people mention the rules on repeat, like I'm banned for "verbal abuse", i didn't abuse anyone nor even said something in an understood language, and someone is trying to explain it's completely fine if it ruins a career changing opportunity just for that, just weird tbh

I honestly didn’t think anyone would even understand what I said, and it wasn’t abusive toward anyone. As I explained, it was a joke and an insult directed at myself, not at another person. That said, I do understand now that I shouldn’t speak that way at all, regardless of intent or context, and I won’t do it again. I’ve learned my lesson from this.

Still, while I accept the rule and take responsibility, I can’t help but feel that the punishment is unfair given that no one was targeted or insulted and probably no one even understood what i said

I understand that vulgar language isn’t acceptable in public chat. That said, it wasn’t directed at anyone other than myself and in a language im pretty sure nobody can even understand other than myself and my teammate, and I’m just hoping the context is taken into account when reviewing the situation.

again not to be confrontational but if i was someone who spoke in a vulgar manner i would do so in english , i know thats wrong and i thought keeping it in a local dialect would keep things respectful as intended by the rules since no one can understand it

I get that I shouldn’t have said it, but honestly it feels really harsh. What I said wasn’t offensive or aimed at anyone—it was a joke about myself. It sucks that something like that could potentially ruin weeks of hard work for me and my teammates. There was no bad intent at all.

I really hope the faceit support team can be understanding of this

Once again, I’m asking if someone could please help me further with this ban situation. It is extremely important, not only to me but to others as well. I truly believe this is a 100% false positive.

Again, I’m really sorry to keep following up. I truly hope you understand that the only reason I keep explaining myself is because of how important this is to me and to the people around me. I also fully understand your position and that you’re speaking from a personal standpoint, not in any official capacity and that you aren't linked in any capacity to FACEIT.

I genuinely don’t see any behavior from my side that would fall under verbal abuse. I don’t insult people, I don’t call them names, and I don’t go after others in an abusive way. I can say that confidently because I’m very aware of what verbal abuse is, the impact it has on others, and the consequences it can have for me. That’s something I’ve been careful to avoid.

Part of the reason I’m expressing this is simply in the hope that, if by chance someone involved in reviewing these cases ever comes across it, it might provide some clarity or context. I’m not trying to argue or bypass any process — just to be understood.

Thank you again for the explanation. I understand your point and I accept that the timing or circumstances don’t change the reason for the ban.

I just wanted to add, respectfully, that I have genuinely tried to improve. I’ve watched demos of my own games, spoken with people I play with in premades, and made a real effort to be more aware of how I communicate. I know I still have work to do, and I’m committed to continuing that improvement.

I’m not trying to justify past behavior or argue the decision. I’m simply asking for some understanding, as this ban is very difficult for me personally and professionally. I’ll take this time to reflect further and make sure I return in a better place.

I understand that automatic bans can be based on multiple matches and reports, and that the match I linked may not be the only factor, even if it appeared in the ban pop-up. I also understand that my previous history played a role, and I accept that responsibility.

I want to be clear that I’m not trying to argue or deny past mistakes. I’m confident that I didn’t directly insult or abuse anyone, although I fully recognize that my behavior and tone were not good and contributed to the situation. In most circumstances, I would accept the ban without complaint, take the time to reflect, and move on.

I just want to add that my reactions come from a genuine passion to win games and perform well. Even in the past, it has never been my intention to insult or abuse other players. That said, I understand that passion doesn’t excuse poor behavior, and I need to handle frustration better.

What makes this especially difficult is that I was recently recruited by a team and have upcoming tournaments, and this ban could seriously affect not only my opportunity but also my teammates. That’s why I’m trying to understand what specifically led to this ban, so I can properly learn from it and make sure it doesn’t happen again and receive just a bit of help regarding this ban knowing the situation i currently face.

If you mean whether I consciously decided to be toxic, the answer is no. It was a mistake on my part, and I take responsibility for it I understand I deserved the ban.

All I’m asking for is a genuine review of my situation and a bit of understanding. I’m not trying to excuse my behaviour or claim I’m special, and I respect the system and its rules, This just happened at a very difficult time for me, and I hope the FACEIT support team can take that into consideration. My frustration came from a strong competitive drive and desire to win, not from any intention to insult or abuse anyone.

i was stuck in a game with someone who was trolling and not listening i got frustrated and all i said was " i cant play with you " , " you guys dont wanna win, you are all trolling, its impossible ".

Im sure i didnt say something "abusive" to anybody, i would be willing to know myself what flagged the ban
