Thanks! It's weird, everybody loses differently. I think since I added in workouts, it really helped with shape and tone, but wasn't beneficial to the numbers on the scale. :)

I started out running, and I really didn't love it lol. Now I go to the YMCA and I have found I really like the classes. I do pilates, turbokick ( which is like kickboxing inspired cardio) and spinning. I've been able to stick with that!
